Mox's Information Report on the Food Pyramid

A food pyramid is where the food is grouped. We need to eat lot of fruit and veges in on day. We need 2-3 servings fruit and 3-5 servings of veges.


Dairy is bad for you, because if you don’t play sports it will turn to fat. Dairy also contains calcium which gives you strong teeth and bones.


Fat, sugar, oil are found at top of the pyramid, it means we can’t eat lots of that.
I think a food pyramid show us how to eat how many servings we should eat to have a balanced diet.
