Giselle's Food Pyramid Report

Giselle's food story.
The food pyramid  shows’ what  to eat lots’,eat sometimes’ and eat less.

Fruits’ and Veggies’ .
Fruits’ and  veggies’  are good .So you  should  eat them  once a day. Because they  good  and healthy for you. Fruits’ and  veggies’ make you  strong. But make sure you   don't eat them all the time.


Fats’ ,oils’ and sweets’
Fats’ , oils’ and sweets’ are not good for you.Because sweets’ have lots’ of sugar . Some fat are bad and some are good which is ok.Oils’ are not good because. They are bad for you re’ tomy .


meat.
You should not eat meat all the time.Even though  they are deelishis.Because  meat has oil and  oil  is bad for you.You can eat meat but not all the time.



I think  the food  pyramid is a good way to show what to eat lots’ eat sometimes’ and eat less.
