Alicia's Food Pyramid Information Report

The Food Pyramid


There are many different types of food which are good for you even though some are bad for you.


Dairy
Dairy is something that is in the middle of the food pyramid.
Dairy products are things like this: cheese,milk,yogurt and chocolate even chocolate is not good for you.Dairy products give you energy.
Water


Water is very important to our body because if we do not drink water we will be dehydrated.Kids need 5-8 cups of water each day.


fruits and veges


Fruits and veges which give us vitamins and minerals.
fruits have a special kind of sugar which is called fructose.
Veges are a foods that are good and healthy for you.


Nearly everyone has a balanced diet.We need to follow the food pyramid because it shows us information about healthy eating.
I really enjoyed learning about the food pyramid.
