Balanced Diet

                                    Balanced diet
We need a balanced diet to keep us strong and fit.

we need protein two servings per day.protein gives us energy and gives us iron.One inporant is to drink lots of water so we don’t get dehigrated. People need water for urine and poop.Why are we eating vegges ? because it give us strong musles and keeps our sisteams happy. I think we should have a balanced diet so we arn’t overweigt.
