Information report about food pyramid

  All about...the food pyramid.



In the food pyramid,there are three different,separated groups.


In the pyramid,there are lots of categories.The categories are in the three groups.The three groups are called eat less,eat some and eat more.The top is eat less, the middle eat some and bottom is eat  more.


Drink water,about 4-6 cups a day.You need to drink water because if you don’t,you’ll get dehydrated.Being dehydrated is bad because most parts of your body need water.


Did you know that veggies are healthier than fruits because fruits have sugar in it?And do
you know what kind of sugar?Natural sugar.You should not eat too much fruit.


I think we should eat every single part of the food pyramid because it makes us healthy.
