Introduction about food pyramid

The food pyramid is a 2D pyramid the tell you what to eat lots of, moderate & least. It also has lots of things in it like yoghurt & treats. It tells you what to eat best and also helps you learn healthy eating. The food pyramid has three layers, the bottom layer is very big & it is eat lots of, the middle layer is medium-sized which is eat moderate, & the top layer that's is eat least.
