protein

introduction

the food pyramid is to sort out which foods are bad good or medium .

protein is energy that hides in you food. another good thing about protein, is that they have iron inside as well that makes your blood healthy, and also good for your own health.

did you know fish is the best food for protein, fish is also good for other parts of your body!

BEANS ARE A GOOD TYPE OF protein for vegetarians because vegetarians don’t eat meat. so vegetarians eat stuff that don’t have MEAT!

I THINK VEGETARIANS AREN'T HEALTHY BECAUSE THEY DON’T EAT MEAT.
the food pyramid
The food pyramid is a pyramid that shows the good and bad foods we eat.

Fruits are different colors, different flavors and have different sugar levels. An apple has 10g’s of sugar in it. Did you know a banana has even more sugar in it depending on size.

The average cow makes 55 liters milk per day. Diary is important because as it gives calcium which is good for your teeth.

When you get out in the sun we need lots of water. Did you know if you don’t drink water you will get dehydrated and you will die. An adult needs 8 glasses of water per day and children need only 5.

I think the food pyramid is good because it shows the healthy and unhealthy foods we should eat. It gives us a guide as to what foods we should be eating.
